Shipping Policy
I ship worldwide apart from Germany unfortunately at this time due to the new regulations.

Royal Mail only compensate up to £20 for lost orders on standard delivery, if you choose to send larger orders by this method please be aware this will be at your own risk.

Processing orders

All ready made items are aimed to be shipped out within 2 working days.

Custom items may take up to 2 weeks.

UK
All UK orders are sent Royal Mail first class unless you upgraded your shipping to tracked delivery
​
Standard shipping- first class - £3 ( 2-4 working days)
Premium tracked- first class - £5 (2-4 working days)

International
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail
​
International Standard - £5 (7-14 working days)
International tracked and signed for - £10 (7-14 working days)

Your goodies may be subject to customs charges, taxes or import fees when they arrive in their destination country. It is your responsibility as the buyer to pay these charges when contacted about them.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are not accepted on custom orders

If you need to return ready made items please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of returned items. Postage will not be covered for returns unless the items are not as stated or damaged.
